After my cheekbone surgery, the fat-grafted cheek area sagged, so I went to consult at the first of the clinics I looked into for facial liposuction. There were really a lot of reviews on the app, and it seems many people posted because they offered a discount for writing a review (the person who wrote one told me by message). First, they took photos before the consultation and used those photos as the basis for the consultation, which felt systematic and nice. The consultant also showed case photos and said I’d likely get good results, but since it was transplanted fat, suction might be difficult. So I carefully checked the surgery timing and other details. They confidently said the surgical result would be definite. I had booked the consultation for 1 p.m., but they said I’d have to wait an hour to see the surgeon, so I waited 40 minutes and then had the surgeon consultation. When the surgeon came in, the consultant opened the door and loudly said, “This is Dr. OOO,” which was kind of funny The consultant was kind, but kept talking about surgeries on people she knew, so she didn’t seem very professional. She didn’t even look at my face once, only the monitor photos, and said liposuction wouldn’t work and that I’d have to do it with injections or laser. I know transplanted fat is difficult, but maybe because she wasn’t confident, the consultation about facial liposuction was insufficient. It seems many people with a double chin or concerns about their own fat go there, and the results seem decent. They even charge a consultation fee
