A typical major hospital The manager girls are not great I wish they would get rid of the manager incentive system too I hate that fake kindness when they recommend surgery. It's obviously the kind of fake niceness that will turn into 'not my problem' once the surgery is over. The doctor's expertise gets overshadowed by the managers.
