Personally, this was the clinic where I disliked the consultation manager the most.. The director was kind during the consultation. It was my first nose surgery (silicone bridge, septal mesh). After surgery, until I got home, a nurse-like staff member kept carefully asking whether I was okay, whether anything was uncomfortable, or whether anything hurt a lot, and answered everything I asked. After surgery, they explained how to take the medicine, the precautions, and the symptoms that might appear after surgery, and also gave me a phone number I could call even at night if there was a problem. But after the surgery, the consultation manager is completely unreachable. They don't answer calls, and even if I leave a text, there is no reply. If I inquire through the main number, the hospital contacts me a few hours later. Of course, it's someone other than the consultation manager. When I go for disinfection or suture removal, the staff who take care of me are kind.
