I made a consultation appointment, but until the day of the appointment they kept calling and making me change the consultation date and time for all kinds of reasons. Then just a few hours before, they called on the day itself and said the doctor had surgery scheduled, so the consultation had to be changed. ㅡㅡ... If that was going to be the case, why even make consultation appointments? Are only surgery patients important? Is a consultation not an appointment? I got annoyed and canceled the consultation.
