This was the first place I went for a consultation. The consultation manager was really kind! They kept saying not to feel burdened and that it was okay! But the director just said what they had to say and was busy, so they rushed out. One disappointing point was that on the day of the consultation, I paid 20,000 won? for the consultation, and if I paid 100,000 won that day and had surgery here later, they said they would give me a discount later. So I paid 100,000 won, but in the end I wasn't going to do it, so I got it refunded the following week.
