I made a reservation at TL Plastic Surgery and went for the first time, and there were more patients than I expected. I followed the manager’s guidance and had a consultation. They asked what could be improved and didn’t add anything extra or tell me to do more than necessary. I was going to talk with the director that day, but they said he was going into surgery and that I’d need to come back another time, so I didn’t get to have the consultation.
