The director was very kind and explained things really well. They used a lot of different analogies while explaining. That said, this may just be personal preference, but it seemed like they really aim for a very natural result. I had heard from an acquaintance that they asked for a natural result at another hospital, but it turned out so subtle that they were disappointed, so I was a bit torn. If you really want something extremely natural, I think this place would be fine. The manager wasn't unfriendly, but I didn't really get the feeling that they were especially kind either, and I left feeling a bit off. The price seems slightly higher than average. If you want a reasonable price and a truly natural nose, this place seems good.
