The consultation with the director was good. They were kind, not exaggerated, and lowered my expectations a lot, so I actually thought that part was fine. But the manager was so unfriendly and sullen. They were a bit overweight and looked very much like they had had nose surgery themselves (they didn't look like someone who had surgery at that hospital, and from the hospital's perspective, which pursues natural results, that would be a big minus). On top of that, it felt like they hadn't even entered the basic information about the surgical method, process, and aftercare properly. They also talked about things that were completely different from the consultation I had directly heard from the director. Also, when they showed me the surgery photos after the director consultation, it seemed like the manager's role was just to show the photos and answer questions. Instead, they kept explaining things as if teaching me, even without being asked, and the explanations were not convincing, which only made it worse. They really need to replace the manager here. When the manager was there while the director was Sehyun, they used to be really good, but because of the manager I found it awkward to call the hospital, so I decided to go to another hospital instead. Cases like this are very rare, so it's disappointing.
