The double eyelid surgery went wrong and my eye became severely extreme, so when I was rushing around trying to find out what to do, I had a consultation with the director. He looked at me like I was some kind of bug, saying he had never seen an eye with such severe side effects like mine, and I still can't forget that look while asking why my eye was like that. I was hurt and felt so bad. They said there was no one at this hospital as severe as me, but how desperate would I have been to come here.... I lost trust and felt like I came here for nothing. Other doctors at other hospitals may feel sorry for patients, but they don't show it openly. With the director, it was obvious on his face that he was flustered by my eye; everything showed. I cried after the consultation was over. Even now, whenever I think of that director, I get angry.
