It opened back up after the surgery. I went there to request AS, and before coming here I had consulted a lot at other hospitals. They all said I needed full incision, but here they said they’d do revision surgery with partial incision just the same. So I asked whether full incision wasn’t needed, and they said since I paid for partial incision, the AS also had to be done as partial incision. It was kind of ridiculous, but I said I’d pay full-incision money anyway and asked them to tell me about that option, and only then did they explain it. The aftercare was poor, so I gave a low rating. And the manager was rude too. My eye was clearly reopened, but the first thing she said to me was, “What brought you here?” When I said I came because the right side reopened, she said, “Oh, it still looks like the line is there, but I’ll take a closer look,” and I got so turned off that I’m going to get revision surgery somewhere else. Just thinking about it makes me angry. My original manager had quit, they said. So another manager handled the consultation, but anyway, this one had a bad personality. You could see she was trying to win some kind of power struggle, so I just got a rough consultation and left. Not good.
