I had eyes with lots of fat and no double eyelids. So of course I never even considered full incision, and even there I decided to go with partial incision and have ptosis correction done as well no matter what. I heal from swelling quickly, so for the first month the line looked really beautiful, but after 5 months the left partial-incision double eyelid came undone, so I'm planning revision surgery.
