I went in and was seen in the order of the chief administrator first, then the director, and the director did a virtual nose surgery mock-up in Photoshop (that was the most tempting part). They mentioned silicone with the septal cartilage, and among the clinics I visited, I think the price was reasonable. The atmosphere felt kind.
