I had a consultation with the director first, then the manager, and the consultation fee was 10,000 won. Unlike other places, they said my septal cartilage was insufficient so they would use ear cartilage. The doctor was extremely calm. But the manager was too far from the nose shape I wanted. It had a very obvious look, so I felt a bit reluctant.
