It changed my image a lot, but naturally and well. I had medial canthoplasty, eye correction, and double-eyelid surgery, and there is almost no scar left on the double-eyelid line. I didn't make the line too large, so it isn't flashy, but for the image I wanted it feels like a natural line was the right choice, and I was glad the doctor consulted with me in a way that matched my image.
