Consultation goes in the order of doctor, then consultation manager. The doctor has his own aesthetic standard, and it seems the main goal is to make the lash line visible, so he also proposes surgery according to that standard. It would be fine if that matches your needs, but if it doesn't, it seems a bit difficult. He does answer your questions, but somehow he speaks in a hurried way.
