Even giving 1 point feels wasted. I had made a consultation appointment starting 4 days ago, but they said they could only do mornings, so I asked the daycare to let my child go early and barely managed to get there, only for them to say the director was in surgery and consultation would only be possible after 12. When I said that if an emergency surgery came up they should have told me in advance, they said it wasn't even an emergency surgery. They had checked the schedule several times while booking with me, so it made no sense that they had made such a mistake, and I couldn't understand why they told me to come at the director's surgery time. When I explained the situation, they smiled and apologized, then asked me for my car number so they could move my car from the parking tower as if it were nothing, and I really felt like they did not value the customer at all. No matter how well surgery is done at a hospital like this, unless they are a god's hand, if a mistake happens and there are side effects, I can already see how the hospital would respond. This is honestly the worst hospital I have ever been to.
