It’s been about 2 or 3 years since the surgery. I had the surgery because of ptosis, and nothing else was touched. The hospital itself was big and clean, and the consultation manager recommended all sorts of things, but the surgeon said if all I wanted was ptosis correction, then that would be better, so I only had ptosis correction done. For the ptosis surgery, since I originally had monolids and didn’t really like double eyelids, I asked whether it was possible to do it so it would look like monolids, and they said it was possible, so that was all I had done. In the end, the ptosis improved a little, but it didn’t look like monolids at all, and the double eyelids were very noticeably thick. It didn’t really interfere with daily life, but one day I noticed that maybe the lids had loosened or something, and I ended up with an extra fold above the double eyelid, so I had to get revision surgery. I didn’t consult this hospital again for that. They were kind, but the result wasn’t what I wanted.
