I went a while ago, but the problem here is not the surgery; they need to fix the facilities. They are truly too old and worn down. Run-down. The bathroom feels really ancient. No place I went to had a consultation coordinator set the line for me, but here the coordinator abruptly did it. And they are rude. Making money is hard, right? But you are in the service industry T_T Whenever you go to the desk to ask something, they answer with a face like they need to poop lol; staff not in uniform also kept going back and forth toward the consultation rooms, which was distracting
