The clinic facilities generally looked old, and personally I did not get the impression that the operating room was very clean either. There were several people waiting in the waiting area, and they seemed very confident about their surgical experience and results. However, during the consultation, their tone and attitude were somewhat patronizing, and overall it did not feel like a friendly or comfortable atmosphere. I think confidence as a doctor is an advantage, but from a patient’s perspective, an atmosphere where one can comfortably discuss questions and concerns and receive sufficient explanations is also important.
