They provided a professional, thorough consultation. I was visiting multiple clinics for an Nth consultation to remove L-shaped silicone that had been in place for over 10 years, so I had many questions. They explained everything in detail while drawing diagrams. Reviews of their consultation friendliness seem somewhat divided, so I was nervous before going in, but if you already know a certain amount and have clear questions, you can instead get clear answers, which was very helpful. They have a bit of a professor-like style
