I made a consultation appointment and went, but waited an hour. They told me in advance it would take around two hours, so I went prepared. They said they would contact me if I stayed nearby instead of waiting in the clinic, so I went and had lunch lol. The consultant was kind, and the director's consultation was straightforward: they recommended only what was needed and did not pressure me.
