Both the director and the coordinator were kind. The line the director suggested was fine, and they said during the consultation that they could accommodate everything I wanted. However, there were aspects that differed from the opinions of directors at other clinics, and this time I think I should make a more conservative decision about surgery, so I probably will not proceed here.
