The consultation managers up front were kind and nice, but the director's consultation was too short, and it felt like they gripped my face rather firmly while examining it. They seem to have very clear personal standards about which surgeries are necessary and which are not. If my nose had been one they considered ideal for surgery, I think I would have entrusted it to them, but they said other areas would need to be added too, so I decided not to do it. If you are deliberating over whether you truly need this surgery, it may be worth going for one consultation. With an appointment, I could consult right away without waiting, which was nice.
