I had silicone inserted, alar reduction too, and the tip lifted as well as the bridge raised. The tip was done with silicone, and the bridge used ear cartilage. I chose this place because it’s a one-doctor clinic and a friend did well here, so I have no regrets. Unless you use autologous rib cartilage, it doesn’t seem like it can become super glamorous. At first I wanted it really high and refined, but as time passed it became much more natural, sigh Still, it’s better than not having done it at all, right?
