I had suffered so much at my first surgery clinic that I visited feeling like I was begging them to please help me. Since the complications were so severe (diplopia from overcorrection), they said everything would need to be released as much as possible, the adhesions dissected, and redone; they said incision double-eyelid surgery, ptosis correction, and upper-eyelid fat repositioning would all be needed. However, they also said they could not guarantee whether personal complications such as the diplopia that developed after surgery at the first clinic could be resolved. They said that seemed to be a separate issue.
