The director was kind and explained things in detail, which was nice. The manager was really kind too, but... the manager talked way too much. I think it was because they wanted to explain everything in as much detail as possible, but they explained even cases that had nothing to do with me~~ so from my perspective, it was too long.. It was a bit ambiguous, so I haven’t booked the surgery yet. I felt they were considerate of patients, kind, and responsible, so I might think about it, but I’m not sure if the director and I are pursuing the same direction... I’m still debating! The only thing is the manager’s consultation was really long, so that’s a plus or minus, and as far as I remember there was no consultation fee
