I had implant-free nasal tip surgery and am very satisfied because it turned out naturally. There was almost no swelling immediately after surgery, and only the autologous costal cartilage site hurt a little, but that pain has decreased greatly now. It is natural enough that people around me would not know unless I told them, yet my nasal tip is definitely slimmer and my side profile is higher, which I really like! Much of the one-month swelling has gone down, making it look even more natural! I am waiting for it to go down further. Even now, people around me
