The director was kind and did not recommend unnecessary procedures such as functional rhinoplasty. They also gave a conservative surgical quote, but the review photos all looked glamorous, so I had surgery elsewhere. It was possible to view the CCTV, but realistically it was not a situation where you could watch it (you could only view it briefly after obtaining consent from all staff).
