I kept being bothered by how closed-in the inner corners of my eyes looked, so I went for a consultation because I wanted to open them a little. Looking at photo reviews, some people had only medial canthoplasty and some had medial plus upper canthoplasty, but I could not tell the difference just from photos. So when I went for the consultation, they said my epicanthal folds were not severe and the upper part of my eyes was not covered, so medial canthoplasty alone would be enough.
