I got an Excel V laser as a first-visit event, and it was a good clinic because the price was reasonable compared to other hospitals, and there were lots of events for first-time visitors. The doctor who treated me was extremely meticulous, and they even removed some red spots as a bonus, which I appreciated. I can't remember the doctor's name, but I do remember him as a male doctor with bleached hair. I visited on a weekday, and a friend of mine who went on the weekend said it felt a bit factory-like, which was disappointing. If you have time, I recommend going on a weekday.
