At first, when I was consulting with the manager, she asked if I had any questions and then recommended additional procedures, and I almost ended up paying extra naturally. I wonder if that is just how the Excel V procedure is, too, because it was over in 1-2 minutes. The staff and the doctor are kind, and the facility is nice. But there is no separate men’s and women’s cleansing area, so everyone seemed confused. I think I waited about 20-25 minutes longer than my appointment time, and they said a specific director could not be assigned, so it was random.
