I went to consult because I wanted to correct my wide nose and raise the bridge too, but because my septum was deviated, they said that if I raised it with silicone or rib cartilage, the crookedness of my nose would become even more noticeable, and since Megaderm is absorbed almost completely, they even recommended not doing nose surgery at all. If I still wanted to change it a little, they recommended supporting the tip with septal cartilage + ear cartilage and adding filler to the glabella. They honestly told me what could and couldn't be done, and the free AS was for 4 years, which gave me confidence, but I passed because some of the reviews here said the aftercare wasn't done properly.
