I went for a consultation about removal because of worsening pressure and pain in my nose. They also checked the condition of the nose implant with ultrasound (it can hurt a little because they have to press on it during the ultrasound exam). The director had the sharp eye I had heard about and gave realistic options. He said that removing it would not necessarily take me back to my original nose, but since my original nose shape was not bad, it should be fine, and that the silicone must definitely be removed
