It's been about a month since I got lower eyelid fat repositioning at To Be Plastic Surgery! I'm not sure if the fat lumping was that severe, but my skin was thin so the blood vessels showed through and made it look like dark circles The doctor also said that in cases where the blood vessels show through, some redness may remain visible, so I decided to go ahead with it thinking that if I do it now, maybe when I get older there'll be less of that tired look from fat lumping.
