There was a bit of a wait, but the atmosphere wasn't bad. At first I had a designated doctor, but for some reason, whether it was true or not I don't know, they said this case would be better handled by another doctor and switched me over. Even so, the doctor was kind and tried to look at me properly, but instead of clearly figuring out what my needs were, they were too busy pointing out and explaining the problems with my eyes. I wish they had answered more clearly whether my needs could actually be met
