First of all, the waiting time was way too long. More than anything, because the wait was so long, it felt like they were calling people from the counter in the middle just to make it feel less delayed. They ask about the area you want, the estimated cost, and the celebrity vibe you're aiming for, but I wondered if those things really needed to be asked where all the other patients were waiting... And the consultation manager was really disappointing. The whole time while consulting, she was making noise rearranging the desk and cleaning up trash inside the consultation room, and she wasn't really listening to what I was saying.
