The consultation went in this order: consultant manager -> director -> consultant manager again, and overall it took about 2 hours. I waited about 1 hour past my appointment time, and the consultation itself, including the consultant manager part, took about 1 hour, while the director’s consultation was 20 minutes. The director explained my current eye condition and the direction I wanted in a relatively detailed way, and I was also able to ask about the things I was curious about. However, when it came to making the reservation after the consultation, it felt like I was being pushed a bit strongly. Since I wanted to think it over properly before deciding, that part felt a little 부담스러웠 personally. The long waiting time was disappointing, but the consultation itself was relatively detailed.
