Overall, it gave a kind and professional impression. But when I said my surgery date wasn't decided yet, the person who consulted me seemed to get a bit colder, or at least that's how it felt ,, Other than that, I was happy with everything. They also compared which options would be better for situations that can happen later in life, like forehead lifting, and seemed to understand the characteristics of my eyes very well when speaking! They also explained the surgical options well
