The consultation went in this order: consultant manager -> director -> consultant manager again. I heard there would be quite a long wait, but luckily I didn’t wait long, and from the consultation to the payment guidance it took about 50 minutes in total. The director’s consultation was about 15 minutes, and his style was very straightforward, saying only what was necessary.
