Eye Surgery review at Tieseu (티에스) · 2026-08-10

I went because I wanted revision surgery for eyes that had loosened after natural adhesion. I went without choosing a director, but after consulting with the manager, they connected me with Director Yeo Hyun-dong. While filling out the consultation chart, I thought it was unusual that the manager asked which hospitals I had already consulted at and which ones I was planning to consult. The consultation with the director was satisfying. He analyzed my whole face well, including asymmetry, eye position, how much of the eyeball is visible, the distance between my eyes and eyebrows, and so on. He carefully identified the problems with my eyes while even looking at old selfies of mine. My eyelids are thick and the asymmetry is severe, so it was hard for both me and the director to settle on a line we liked, but what I liked most was that he kept adjusting it multiple times until we got the line I wanted. He also seems to have a good aesthetic sense. He answered all my questions honestly and clearly without any sign of irritation. But he speaks so fast that if you don’t pay close attention, you won’t remember it later. I really liked the director, but the overall atmosphere of the clinic felt commercial and like they do a lot of viral marketing, so that part wasn’t great. The first price the manager quoted was 4.7 million won, but when I said it was expensive, they said they could go down to 3.9 million if I provided photo reviews and put down a deposit... If you go here, definitely negotiate several times. Even if you say you won’t put down a deposit, they push hard, so I ended up paying a 390,000 won deposit first, lol.. They said it would be fully refundable at any time before the surgery date was finalized, and if that’s the case, I don’t know why they pressured me so much. I like the review photos and the line the director set for me, but the manager feels a bit burdensome and too commercial, so I’m not really keen overall.
