Because I had booked for a weekday, it wasn’t hard to get an appointment and the wait wasn’t long. I first had a consultation with the manager, then with the director. They had just come back from surgery, so they did seem a bit out of it. Still, they kindly explained the aesthetic I wanted, and the reasons for getting double eyelids, and confidently told me they could create the eye shape I wanted. They didn’t set the line that many times, and the back and lower canthoplasty
