The consultation wasn’t too short or too long, it was just right, which I liked. If the consultation is too long, it gets boring and doesn’t really sink in. They quickly explained the limits and what could be improved, and because it was a revision surgery, I liked that they spoke more clearly. Before and after scheduling surgery, I was also able to contact the manager well, which reassured me. I had seen a lot of reviews saying some hospitals are hard to reach before the surgery booking, so I was worried, but there was none of that here. The doctor personally checked my progress well, and the hospital also handled aftercare well, so I recovered well. I’m satisfied with the result.
