The consultation was kind, and I decided on surgery after looking at the before-and-after photos. They inserted it crookedly on a diagonal from the bridge all the way to the tip of the nose (because it's crooked, there is a step, and if you look from under the nose, the empty part and the step look purple). The columella was completely bent too, the nostrils were distorted, and they turned it into a long nose with a drooping, whining look. They say it's all scar tissue and that it will fully return (they said they would give scar tissue injections; other directors said absolutely not to get them because the skin is thin and it will cause dents
