The hospital is huge and seems to move in a very systematic way. After consulting with the manager, I decided to have 2 mm of silicone on the bridge of my nose and just a slight adjustment to the tip. At the time, my aesthetic goal was an extremely natural nose, and the director's aesthetic goal was natural as well, so they didn't recommend making it higher.
