I was surprised because the hospital was so big. I had known for a long time that they do natural-looking rhinoplasty well, while looking into nose surgery, and then I went for a consultation. Both the manager and the director were kind and gave me a good consultation. Since I prefer to stay as conservative as possible and not change too much, the director said they would recommend adding more because they were worried the result might end up too subtle, but they said they would do it to match the nose I wanted.
