First of all, the hospital felt smaller and darker than the others. The staff were kind, but they only warned the lady who was being noisy on the phone next to me once and left it at that. She kept being loud after that too.. And I remember the building being messy and noisy, maybe because of construction. Even though I had a reservation, the wait was extremely long... I think I waited well over 30 minutes. The consultation manager was kind, but for some reason I felt subtly bad. When I had consulted at another clinic earlier, they said lower eyelid fat removal alone would be enough, but here they said fat grafting was absolutely necessary, and when I said another place had told me lower eyelid fat removal alone would be fine, they reacted almost mockingly, which was awkward; even when I finally saw the director after the long wait, they spoke as if fat grafting was essential, which was difficult. (The price goes up a lot)
