There was no improvement for thick-skinned bulbous nose. Treatment was more conservative than I expected. The director really cares about the patient and treats and operates sincerely. But there is definitely a 100 percent limit when it comes to a thick-skinned bulbous nose. They used septal cartilage and ear cartilage, and did osteotomy, but did not reduce the nostrils. They shaved the hump.. and that is the part I regret. The hump wasn't that severe, so I think it might have been better to do it without an implant. It wasn't an ugly hump, but a natural one
