Both the doctor and the manager were kind. But I spent longer talking with the manager than with the doctor. I have a dorsal hump, and to shave it down and make the bridge perfectly straight, they said they would use Gore-Tex from the bridge onward, even though I already have a fairly prominent bridge. They said that even if the hump is shaved down, it can rise again over time, so they use Gore-Tex to press it down as well. Gam is famous for being natural, but there were too few reviews, so I had to go for a consultation and see the before-and-after photos. But it really had the vibe of a 2000s beauty’s nose, natural and pretty. They absolutely do not do osteotomy. It seems the hospital itself avoids osteotomy, saying it’s risky.
