I had surgery about 15 years ago, and I thought it was done with Gore-Tex and ear cartilage because that is what I was told, but while I was looking into revision surgery over the years, I checked with CT and by shining a light inside my nose, and it turns out they used a little septal cartilage. It was my first surgery, so I pursued naturalness very strongly, and at first after the surgery I was satisfied. It became a little higher and looked natural. But over the years, it slowly bent, lifted, and pinched. Not severely, but little by little
