I went in the morning, so the wait was basically nonexistent. I took photos almost right away, had a consultation with the chief manager, saw the director, and then had another consultation with the chief manager. As soon as the director came in, it felt like he was examining my eyes mercilessly? But I went in knowing that, so I didn't care. It did feel professional. For the line itself, I got the feeling that they prioritize fixing the problem over what I wanted, so my needs didn't really seem to be reflected... ? I absolutely wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. Maybe that's why communication felt off from the consultation onward... The chief manager seemed to push for same-day booking a bit. It felt like they were saying this director only does eyes and the problems are so clear that there is almost no need to look anywhere else.
